Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive (WPNI), the online publishing subsidiary of The Washington Post Company (NYSE:WPO) and Brightcove, the Internet TV pioneer, today announced a corporate-wide partnership that enables WPNI to launch ad-supported Internet video channels across its website properties.

HP has an interesting technical report called “Integrating Contextual Video Annotation into Media Authoring for Video Podcasting and Digital Medical Records”. In the report, they demonstrate how rich media annotation can enable two applications for video podcasting and digital medical records.
